LightWare SF45/B 50m
LightWare SF45/B is a compact scanning LiDAR sensor with a 50 m range and configurable 320° field of view, designed for obstacle detection, navigation and environmental sensing on UAVs, UGVs and robotic platforms.
About This Product
The SF45/B uses an oscillating single laser beam to scan the surrounding area rather than measuring only in one fixed direction. Its scanning angle can be configured according to the application, making it useful when a wider area needs to be monitored from a small sensor.
The sensor can produce up to 5,000 distance readings per second and up to 5 scanning sweeps per second. It also supports first- and last-pulse processing for applications where more than one reflecting surface may be present.
